Welcome, friend! I’m so excited you’re here!
If you haven’t deduced it already, my name is Hannah, and I’m the author of ‘The Curse of Oakhaven’ and ‘The Commoner’s Revenge.’ I have so many upcoming projects I’m just itching to share with you, plus recipes from my books, weapon and character designs, and tons of other tidbits.
I guess this is the ‘about’ section, so I’ll share a little about myself.
In my opinion, if you’re going to write about something, you should have experienced it. This obviously can’t apply to everything I write about (like riding a dragon or actually enjoying swimming). Still, I try to experience everything I can to make my writing more believable. And that means a lot of camping trips with late nights tending a fire and sleeping on the ground. As my Mom would say, “It’s good for my sanctification.”
Carpentry is one of my favorite pastimes, as you can see here.
This is a table my sister-in-law and I made together! Fun fact: there’s a new microwave in the left corner because I set our old one on fire. Oops.
And this is what happens when you need to transport 8-foot boards but only have a tiny sedan.
And this is one of my favorite bowls I ever made! It’s made of American Black Walnut and finished with all-natural beeswax!
